    Cleaning could use serious improvement!!! Sticky floors and lingering smells left a bad impression. Having to ask multiple times for better cleanliness feedback was frustrating. Accessing gym facilities post-check-out would also be a nice addition!!!

    I really enjoyed the stylish decor and the comfortable bed. The pillow menu was a nice touch! The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street after midnight, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😄

    The superior king room featured a very comfy bed , made for a restful sleep. The shower layout was excellent, great for a refreshing experience. I appreciated the option of city views from the room.

    There was some minor noise from outside during the evenings.

    The Beautiful Studio was super spacious with an awesome layout. The bed was comfy, made sleeping easy. The open-plan bathroom design was unique but a bit lacking in privacy. Loved the decor vibe too!

    The staff was friendly. Always smiling and helpful. The breakfast options were good. Loved the fresh pastries and variety offered.

    Could improve on noise insulation. Heard conversations in the hallway during the night.
